My name is Holly and I am the Policy and Public Affairs Officer. Mostly, this means I help MSYPs with their policy and campaign work, including supporting them in meetings with decision-makers.

Before joining SYP, I worked as an Engagement Officer at the Scottish Wildlife Trust, mainly working with young volunteers, and received a master’s degree at the University of Edinburgh in environmental politics.

Outside of work, you will find me watching films or spending time outside in the park near my flat. I also volunteer with UKYCC and Climate Culture. A fun fact about me is that previously studied sculpture, so I can weld metal and use a kiln.
