AI Usage
We understand that AI tools (such as writing assistants, grammar checkers, or CV builders) can be helpful in preparing job applications. If you choose to use AI to support your application, we welcome that—as long as it’s used ethically and transparently.
Here’s what we ask of you:
- Be Authentic: Use AI to support your thinking, not to replace your voice. We want to understand your experiences, motivations, and ideas—not just what an AI tool can generate.
- Be Transparent: If AI helped you draft parts of your application or prepare for interview questions, you’re welcome to mention that. It won’t count against you—in fact, it shows initiative and digital awareness.
- Be Responsible: Don’t use AI to fabricate qualifications, exaggerate experience, or misrepresent your skills. We value honesty and integrity in all stages of recruitment.
- Be Prepared: If AI helped you write your application, make sure you’re familiar with the content and can speak confidently about it in interviews.
We’re committed to fair and inclusive recruitment. If you have any questions about using AI or need adjustments during the process, please let us know.
