I am 18 years old and currently a student at The University of Edinburgh, where I study International Relations. Outside of my studies, I have volunteered as a community coordinator for the Ukrainian Catholic Church in Scotland and as a coordinator and teacher assistant at St. Mary’s Ukrainian School, where I support young people in maintaining their Ukrainian language and culture.

I wanted to become an MSYP to give young people in my constituency a voice in decision making and advocate for meaningful change on issues that matter to them. I’m also passionate about engaging with MSPs and policymakers to bridge the gap between young people and those in power, ensuring their perspectives are heard.

Three important issues I’m passionate about: Education, culture and mental health.

Fun fact: I love learning languages and I can speak four of them. I also have a small Pomeranian named Kelvin.
