Biography

MSYP for Aberdeenshire East

she/her

I am 18 and currently in S6, and after summer, I’m going to university to study International Relations and French. In my free time, I play netball and volunteer as a young leader at a Brownie unit, and I love watching movies and TV too.

I wanted to become an MSYP because I was inspired by the previous MSYP for my constituency and the change he was able to make within the community. I have also always been outspoken about issues I care about, and I was excited to see how the platform of SYP could help me with my advocacy.

Three important issues I’m passionate about: climate change, youth voice and human rights.

Fun fact: I love learning languages, and I currently study French, German, and Spanish at school, and Italian for my Duke of Edinburgh!
