I’m 16, although turning 17 scarily soon! I’m in S5 and sitting my Higher exams this year. I volunteer with other charities including The Young Women’s Movement, Young Scot and The Politics Project. I was also recently elected as one of the UK Youth Parliament representatives for Glasgow.

I wanted to become an MSYP because I felt young people weren’t being consulted on decisions that impacted them and were often left out or misled, I hope to be part of the change that results in young people becoming more aware of their rights, and engaged in decisions that affect them.

Three important issues I’m passionate about: safety for Young women and girls, human rights and education.

Fun fact: I love swimming and train with a team!
