Zander is a Youth Engagement Worker in SYP’s Participation and Programmes Team. Zander and Hope will be taking the lead on Police Scotland’s engagement with care experienced young people and consulting on the 2024-27 Corporate Parenting Plan.

He is currently beginning studying animal care, and though this is his first role, he also has experience volunteering for LGBT Youth Scotland on their Trans Rights Youth Commission where he met with MSPs, Ministers and journalists.

Zander has two dogs and in his free time he loves to train them as well as playing guitar.
