Manifesto resource hub
We have created a range of resources to make it as easy as possible to engage with and promote our manifesto consultation.
Our session plans allow for partners to run focus groups with young people in a more interactive and engaging format.
These are designed to be run by schools, youth groups, colleges, and universities – but can be led by anyone working with children and young people aged 12 – 25 living in Scotland.
The pack also includes graphics and text for social media channels, posters, leaflets, and more resources to help us reach as many young people as possible.
Our Head of Policy and Public Affairs Emily Beever and Policy and Public Affairs Officer Rhona Malcolm hosted an online event for stakeholders to learn how they can get involved in SYP’s manifesto consultation and allow the views of the young people they work with to be heard throughout this process.
This recorded webinar walks practitioners and MSYPs through the resources available to ensure young people in their local area have a say in the SYP 2026 manifesto development.
